MEDITATION COMMENTARY:
No. 1: Filling with Silence
Let me sit quietly...and gently, turn the mind within...the journey to
inner silence is the journey to learn
about the inner self. Who am I? I begin the process of letting go
identifying with roles, responsibilities,
and even my body and just enjoy this gentle process of letting go until I
become a seed... a tiny soul
sitting in the centre of the forehead...the natural state of I the soul is
a deep silence.
The more I let go, the more I taste the true feeling of silence. In this
natural state of self awareness I turn
my mind to the One relationship that always exists...and simply I
visualize in my mind the radiant jewel of
light...God, I feel beautiful pure vibrations emanating from this Jewel
and filling me...I feel the pure love
emanating and filling me... I have no other thought, but I just open my
heart and allow the most lovable
Being to fill me with His pure love...this love nurtures the core of my
being...
I am filled with silence; my mind doesn’t wander any where...I am where I
belong...it is this relationship
which can heal any wound or hurt inside...this is not a belief….. It is a
real union of I the eternal soul with
my Eternal Parent...let me experiment in my life by waking up each morning
and sitting quietly,
connecting with my true self and then filling myself with that pure love.
This pure love will heal the hurt,
the sorrow and the pain and make me feel so light...it re-emerges my own
original purity which makes me
feel lovable once again...

No. 2: I the soul am a Master Sun of Knowledge
I sit quietly and turn my focus away from the world around me and I turn
inward and connect
once more with the part that remains constantly, eternally, I the soul.
The shift is subtle....almost
imperceptible, incognito, but it is powerful beyond measure and I feel the
current, the surge of
energy, the gentle tingling as the soul stabilizes in the awareness of the
eternal self. I hold this
awareness for a while, absorbed in this state of inner
silence....stillness....peace
After a while I the soul turn easily….naturally towards the Supreme Soul
and once more I am
amazed again at just how easy it is....just one thought....just one second
and I am home again
with God, the One who is eternally my Supreme Parent. I rest quietly in
the company of
God....enjoying His beauty and light....absorbed by the One who is
eternally
radiant....luminous....incandescent. And I know that this is where all my
journeys start and
end....here with sweet Father….everything has slowed down.....my thoughts
are
slow....deep....out of time....beyond all limits.
And now the Sun of knowledge touches my intellect and in this beautiful
space, I the soul
become.....like my Father.....re-created in the image of my Supreme
Parent.....a
master Sun of Knowledge, and together we adopt the form of a bestower....benefactors
to serve
the world and from the eyes power radiates and illuminates a world that
has lost its way....
There is only light....I am light....I am in light.....I am
enlightened….light….life…love… and
everywhere the light falls.......darkness is cast out.....destroyed by the
sword of knowledge and
harmony is restored and truth, the eternal victor prevails once more.
