The A+ Formula For Mastering Any Emotion, Problem, Conflict or Anxiety
1. ACCEPTANCE
Accept the situation as an opportunity to learn and grow. Acceptance
puts you in charge and transforms problems into opportunities.

2. AWARENESS
Practice active awareness. Breathe in serenity and confidence. Detach
from the problem and from your habitual reactions (such as denial, panic,
hopelessness, addictive behaviors, etc.). Compassionately observe your
thoughts and feelings. Simply observe and notice without trying to "figure
things out."

3. ANALYSIS
Now use your clearest and highest thinking to analyze the situation.
Get more information and assistance if needed. Untangle the strands of

strategy.

4. ACTION
Do it! Put your awareness into action and take your next step — such
as self-calming, emotional healing, taking a step toward a goal or letting
go of what you cannot control.

5. APPRECIATION
Review what you have learned. Appreciate who you are and what you have
done. Choose an attitude of gratitude as you notice all the blessings in
your life.
